Day 11, Tuesday -Wednesday Beautiful morning and a slow start. Picked up tour book of Colorado at AAA, bought an espresso each and visited the Union Pacific Station because the stone work from far away looked so good. Up close it was sharp looking as well. The city started to renovate the building 10 years ago. We received a detailed explanation about the challenges the city of Cheyenne has gone through to save this interesting building. The inside is just beginning to be redone. Many pictures remain of it's glory days but not many of the fixtures or furnishings. The oak woodwork that has been reworked is impressive (doors 12 feet tall, inset wall paneling).

Stopped at three printers to see if we could sell them the Delta Imagesetter. No luck...we'll keep trying!

We drove to Denver from Cheyenne. The geography changed from scrub brush to corn fields and green vegetation with beautiful mountains in the distance. It was odd to be in city traffic again., especially THIS city traffic. They all drive like cowboys...galloping up to the car in front of them, slamming on brakes, making quick lane changes and then repeating the process. Only thing worse, according to George, is a Califorian driving in Denver. Met up with brother George and had dinner together. We plan to do sight seeing in and around Denver for a couple days and use this motel as a base. Tomorrow we'll try to sell the Delta again, then go see our money getting minted!!
